The Olchi sensory game is a series of masterclasses to train your taste buds, using fruits, berries, base flavour solutions and coffee, tea or cocoa, depending on the theme and season.  

 

These are unusual masterclasses where we learn how to pour water at the right temperature over coffee.

 

We will learn to concentrate on our inner feelings, memorise aromas and flavours, so that we can easily guess them in our favourite craft drinks and products. And yes, this works best online - when no one disturbs you.

What does it look like?

1. For each thematic online masterclass, I send you a parcel with the necessary ingredients and instructions on how to dissolve these products.  For practices with fruit and berry solutions, I provide a list of the necessary ingredients that can be purchased at the supermarket.

 

2. You are added via a link to a closed group where I post short lectures and video instructions - what do you actually need to do?

 

3. Fill out a special form, emphasise your feelings at the moment.

 

4. We meet online, I answer your questions and share my experience on how to improve your results.
